Automatic top head strapping machine

The top head strapping machine is made for strapping bars and tubes bundles, wire bundles and coils with steel strap by applying a steam seal.

The machine is mounted on a bridge bearing frame whose feet are anchored to the ground. The material to be strapped passes through the spinning wheel. This is also the strap lane, at which the seal is applied,

The seal is applied in a higher position than the material to be strapped.

The top head strapping machine includes the following additional modules:

• • Power system: strap adjustment and increase system during operation
  • Laser marking: laser head marking system directly on the metal strap. To mark company data for the material tracking.
  • Floating head: to allow a perfect adaption of the head during the strapping phase.
  • Increased spinning wheel: larger spinning wheel. For the management of larger packs to be strapped.
  • Openable spinning wheel: spinning wheel that can be opened from the top for handling of the material to be processed. Otherwise, to enter wire or coil to be strapped, can be opened laterally.
  • Paper applicator: for the application of a cardboard under the strap to preserve the material to be strapped.

The top head strapping machine is made for strapping bars bundles. Thanks to the bridge bearing frame it can be positioned easily without the need to move or reorganize the production lines.

For the coils strapping the strapping machine can be combined with a bundle compactor to contain the material to be strapped
