Straightener
Description
The profile straightener produced by Engen Meccanica can have a horizontal and vertical axis.
The introduction roller group consists of 4 idle rollers arranged in a cross pattern with a fixed pitch.
The vertical straightening unit is equipped with 7 rollers: 5 are motorized and 2 are idle rollers. The horizontal straightening unit, on the other hand, has 7 motorized rollers.
The motorization of the two units is achieved by means of two bevel gearboxes from the main shaft.
All upper horizontal rollers and vertical operator side are adjustable, manually or by electric motor with position control by encoder.
The machine is complete with protective casing.
